ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.174 of 2019 of Uppiliyapuram Police Station, Thuraiyur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that one month time may be granted for filing the final report. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file the final report in Crime No.174 of 2019, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
