ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to lay the road in the petitioner's patta land in S.No. 161/4 at Kalathur Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the fourth respondent submits that there is no proposal to lay any road on the patta land of either petitioner or any of the third party. A copy of the communication of the fourth respondent dated nil has been filed before this Court is taken on record and the same is reproduced below:
