Criminal Revision Petition filed may be pleased to call for the records in C.A.No.28 of 2009 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Fast Track Court, Nagercoil dated 07.09.2016 confirming the order dated 12.06.2009 passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil in C.C.No.25 of 2005 and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.KANNAN, Advocate for Mr.L.GEORGE PAUL ANTO, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Standing Counsel for State Government on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 970 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Fast Track Court, Nagercoil in C.A.No.28 of 2009, dated 07.09.2016.

3.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.7982 of 2019 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
