This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the Kabadi Match from 14.09.2019 to 15.09.2019 upto 5.00 PM at Kulathoor Ayyan Temple Festival Ariyapuram, Thenkasi Tk, Tirunelveli District and to provide adequate police protection based on petitioner representation dated 31.08.2019

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on receipt of representation given by the petitioner dated 31.08.2019, the second respondent police conducted enquiry and granted permission to conduct kabadi match from 14.09.2019 to 15.09.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
