the first respondent to remove the names of the Respondents no.4 and 5 in Patta No. 124 issued during the UDR Scheme for the petitioner's family property in Survey Number 35/6A situated at Melapanangadi Village, Madurai North, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's petition dated 17.11.2016 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. The petitioner has submitted an application in the year 2016 before the first respondent with a grievance that certain mistakes have been occurred during UDR survey with respect to the land in 35/6A, Melapanangadi Village, Madurai North, Madurai District and has approached this Court that his application has not been considered so far.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the enquiry has been commenced on 27.05.2022. However, the same has not been concluded so far. 2/5

3.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the enquiry is under process and it would be concluded within a reasonable time.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conclude the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.G5/44506/2020 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 26.07.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
