W.P(MD) No.19495 of 2019 2.The petitioner made a representation on 24.01.2017 to the first respondent to alter and amend the list of properties regarding S.No.281/3, admeasuring 2.58 Acres in Sothugudi village, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, in the name of the petitioner pallivasal, as per judgment and decree dated 28.08.2014 made in WOP.No.3 of 2008, on the file of the Wakf Tribunal ( Sub court), Sivagangai. The said representation is pending for the past two years. The petitioner has also made a reminder on 18.06.2019. In spite of the same, no action is taken by the first respondent. Aggrieved over the inaction, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 24.01.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
