This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent police to grant permission and adequate police protection to the petitioner's trust to offer their prayers in Sri Brahmakrathi Theertha Iyer and Sri Karuppanswamy Temple comprised in S.No.57/1 situated at Viraganoor Village, Madurai Sourth Taluk, Madurai District on 29.08.2022 from 9.15 AM to 10.15 AM by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2022 is still pending on the file of the third respondent. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the third respondent hereby directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 22.08.2022 for worshipping alone. With regard to other reliefs, it is subject to the result of the RDO proceedings.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
