The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission and provide adequate police protection to conduct Sri Valli Thirumanam Drama for one day i.e. on 28.07.2025 on the eve of "Arulmigu Sri Ariyatchi Kaliamman Swamy Temple" situated in Managudi, Sivagangai District, based on her representation dated 05.07.2025.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that for conducting Sri Valli Thirumanam Drama, they have already granted permission with certain conditions.
