Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that compromise has been arrived between the parties and both of them agreed for the divorce. 2.Both the parties are present before this Court and when this Court questioned about the compromise, they answered in positive and both of them agreed for the divorce. A memo of compromise has also been filed.
3.Recording the compromise memo, this civil miscellaneous second appeal is closed. The terms of the compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
