This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2018.

2 W.P.(MD)No.6220 of 2018 2.According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint to the respondents on 02.03.2018. The complaint has not been considered by the respondents, in the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.03.2018, the enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent Police and subsequently, the same was closed with a direction to both the parties to approach the concerned Civil Court.

4.Considering the fact that, already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed by the second respondent Police, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petiton. The Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
