O R D E R
The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by a young lady complaining that within 10 days of her marriage, on 16.06.2024, with the detenu, he had simply disappeared on and from 07.07.2024.
2. The detenu had been produced by the respondent Police. It appears that he had a subsisting relationship with the third respondent who has also a young girl, aged about 14 years.
3. We had talked with the detenu. Since FIR in Crime No.179 of 2024 had been originally registered as "Man Missing" on 23.07.2024 by the second respondent, let further investigation proceed in the manner known to law.

4. Since the detenu had been produced and since he is not a minor, no further orders are passed.
