ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to set aside the notification of the 3rd respondent dated 06.03.2018 in Na.Ka.No.2933/2017/A7 and to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the proceedings in O.A.No.8 of 2016. 2.This writ petition is liable to be closed, in view of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.7794 of 2018. In case, the petitioner succeeds in the aforesaid proceedings for modifying the scheme https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.6255 of 2018 decree in O.A.No.33 of 1976 dated 16.07.1979, appropriate fresh notification can be issued. In any event, more than 3 years have gone as the impugned notification calling for application to appoint the Trustees under Section 64 (5) (a) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 was issued in 2018. 3.In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed with the observation that further proceedings for appointing Trustees may be initiated immediately after the petitioner's application for modifying the scheme decree is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
