The petitioner herein was served with the charge memo on the ground that he was unauthorizedly absent for a period of 10 days. The said charge memo is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the charges were enquired into and the petitioner was imposed with a minimum punishment of censure. He further submitted that after his retirement, the petitioner had also received all his terminal benefits. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition so as to interfere with the charge memo. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed.
