ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 353, 506(2) IPC and Section 24(1) of COTPA Act, 2023 in Cr.No.328 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the nature of allegations that huge quantity of Beedi leaves were sought to be transported to Sri Lanka and considering the fact that the petitioner has got 9 previous cases, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
