O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in E.P.No.88 of 2019 in O.S.No.961 of 1996, dated 20.06.2023 by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 04.12.2023. On 04.12.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 15.12.2023 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,15.12.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.
