This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.6 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station South, Madurai City, quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.6 of 2020 and also filed final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, and the same has also taken cognizance in CC No.300 of 2021.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
