O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.7 of 2021 registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 294(b) IPC on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is ready to be filed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet if she is so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
