ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he was the one of the share holder in the company namely VLC Agrotech Ltd., and invested Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). After three years he resigned from the company and also 15% of the share amount was also received by the petitioner. So after that there was no connection between him and the above said company. But based upon the complaint given by the depositors of the company, now harassment has been made by the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that only a phone enquiry is made with the petitioner with regard to the above said affairs and no harassment has been made. In respect of the complaint given by the depositors enquiry has been undertaken by the Economic Offences Wing, Chennai in Crime No.3 of 2019, in which this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16323 of 2021 petitioner is not involved. Since the petitioner has already resigned from the above said company, he may not be liable for any other subsequent events.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
