The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situate in S.No.863/4 and 871/4, Poombarai Village, Kodaikannal Taluk, Dindigul District by considering his application, dated 11.06.2025.

2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed dated 04.04.2025. The patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in patta numbers 6536 and 6537. The petitioner submitted an online application on 19.05.2025 in Application NO.2025/0123/13/012322 seeking survey of 2/5

the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the neighboring land owners and the other interested parties, if any. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
