Gajendran v. The District Collector

This Court by its earlier order dated 12.09.2019 allowed this writ petition with a direction to the first respondent / District Collector, Pudukkottai to collect the money from the second respondent as directed by the Commissioner of Labour, Trichy and send the same to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the directions of this Court has been complied with.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this writ petition.
