ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379, 336 of I.P.C. and Section 4(1) (1A), 21(A) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime 1/3

No. 3 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.On 03.01.2021, when the respondent along with his police party were in patrol duty, they got information that the river sand has been illegally transported by some person. Hence, they went to the occurrence spot. There, the accused person have transported 1⁄2 unit of river sand without any valid permit. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail from this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5628 of 2023, by mentioning the Crime numbers as 3 of 2023. But the correct crime number is 3 of 2021.

4.Without amending the same, this petition was filed.
