Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner's father Kombamadasamy was blessed with two wives. It is stated that the names of both wives happen to be Subbammal. The petitioner was born through the second wife. The second wife is no more. The first wife is still alive. The deceased had two wives. On that ground that the respondent declined to issue certificate as sought for.
3. The respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and after verifying all the relevant particulars, issue legal heirship certificate. This exercise shall be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
