ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection for petitioner's life and limb and for making fencing of the petitioner's property in Survey No.305, to an extend of 3 Hectares 53 Ares situated at Thirukoornam Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, based on petitioner's complaint, dated 14.10.2021.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.722 of 2021 by the respondent police. 5.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
