Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the petitioner's service from the date of his appointment and to grant all monetary and service benefits in accordance with G.O. (Ms).No.22 Personal and Administrative (Reforms) Department dt. 28.02.2006 and G.O(Ms) No. 74 dt. 27.06.2013 by considering the representation for the petitioner dt. 27.11.2020 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner's request for regularization has been rejected on 18.12.2020.

2.However, if the petitioner intends to challenge the rejection order, liberty is hereby granted to him to challenge the same by way of fresh writ petition.
