For Petitioner : Mr.C.Susi Kumar For Respondents : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.89 of 2023. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except registration of the FIR, the police have not done any investigation further and they have not arrested the accused and the accused are freely roaming in the society and also threatening the petitioner again. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the accused is working in Indian Army and after registration of the FIR, 3 witnesses were examined and the investigation is in progress. 2/5

4.Since the investigation seems to be proceeded in proper lines, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.89 of 2023 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
