Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9505 of 2020 on 21.09.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.9505 of 2020 on 21.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7939 of 2020 shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
