This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the Rowdy list History sheet in H.S.No.7 of 2014 pending on the file of the third respondent Police station, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.12.2023 and 26.07.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's name has already been removed from the History sheet and he has also produced the copy of the letter sent by the Inspector of Police, Panaiyapatti Police Station.
