This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 4 and 6 to allot the Common Pathway on the above said vacant land in Survey No.364/1A situated at Aavinipatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District for reaching the petitioner's residential house, Punjai lands and also reaching burial grounds based on the petitioner's representation dated 2/5

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
