ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to expedite and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 08.10.2021 on the file of the first respondent filed against the order in Muu.Mu.(C4)/21601/2018 dated 02.08.2021 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The Writ Petition was filed in the year 2021 and the appeal also filed by the petitioner in the year 2021. Since in view of the Deepavali festival, the petitioner is approaching the respondents to consider his appeal within a stipulated time. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, is simply directing the respondents to consider the appeal and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
