This Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment passed in S.C.No.68 of 2012, dated 05.06.2014 by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants filed a memo stating that the appellants/A1 and A2 died on 27.05.2015 and 18.05.2019 respectively. 3.Recording the above, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated as against the appellants.
