(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2017, and to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent. 2.

Heard Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Senthil Ayanar, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Kumar, learned counsel for the 5th respondent.

By producing the communication of the Deputy Registrar, Kovilpatti to the petitioner in Na.Ka.402/16Ve.Ka.Thi dated 25.09.2017, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, the crop waiver list was audited in which, the allegations levelled by the petitioner against the fifth respondent were found to be not substantiated. 4.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said communication in the manner known to law. No costs.
