2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and co-accused has been granted total relaxation. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7859 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7099 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
