ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Madnamus, to quash the refusal check slip passed by the respondent, dated 03.07.2025 and consequently seeking appropriate directions against the respondent to entertain the gift settlement deed, dated 03.07.2025. 1/4

2. Through the impugned order, the respondent has stated that a larger extent of the property belongs to two persons. However, the petitioner is trying to settle the entire property through the impugned settlement deed. Therefore, the respondent has refused to register the gift settlement deed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was an earlier partition among the claimants. Hence, the petitioner is entitled to register the entire property.

4. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the necessary particulars ought to be incorporated in the impugned settlement deed. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to modify the settlement deed and represent the same. On such representation, the respondent shall register the deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
