ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 15.10.2024, pending on the file of the 1st respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an enquiry has been conducted in respect of the appeal and that the same is still pending without any final order being passed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law in the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 15.10.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
