Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.06.2026 to pass the final order based on the petitioner reply to the 2nd show cause notice dated 21.02.2026 and consider the petitioner reply dated 04.03.2026 to attain superannuation peacefully and also enabling to receive the eligible retirement monetary benefits within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

to pass the final order based on the petitioner reply to the 2nd show cause notice dated 21.02.2026 and consider the petitioner reply dated 04.03.2026 to attain superannuation peacefully and also enabling to receive the eligible retirement monetary benefits within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner would attain superannuation on 30.06.2026. The petitioner is facing disciplinary proceedings. Hence, the petitioner is seeking to conclude the proceedings. The respondents submitted that the petitioner is facing criminal prosecution. The said statement is recorded.

3. This Court is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.06.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
