The order of transfer dated 28.08.2019, transferring the writ petitioner on the ground of surplus, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.On account of efflux of time, students strength increased in the particular school and the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that as of now, sufficient student strength is available as per the report submitted by the competent authority of the Education Department. Even as per the report, there is no surplus teacher as of now. These being the factum now established, no further order is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
