Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to continue as Supervisor in the TASMAC Shop .No.5315, situated at Thiruppparankundram, Madurai District and consequently direct the 1st respondent to prevent the 2nd respondent from in any way disturbing the petitioner's position at Shop.No.5315 by considering the representation given by the petitioner, dated 10.07.2023 within the period stipulated by this Court. 1/5

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 1st respondent to continue as Supervisor in the TASMAC Shop .No.5315, situated at Thiruppparankundram, Madurai District and consequently direct the 1st respondent to prevent the 2nd respondent from in any way disturbing the petitioner's position at Shop.No.5315 by considering the representation given by the petitioner, dated 10.07.2023 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is working in Shop .No.5316 as Supervisor in the TASMAC Department. While, he was also given additional charge to Shop No.5315. However, on 07.07.2023, the second respondent trespassed into the Shop No.5315 and is causing interruption for the peaceful continuation of duty as Supervisor. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed.

3. However, the learned Standing Counsel, who appearing for the 2/5

1st respondent would submit that 2nd respondent has been transferred as Supervisor in Shop.No.5315 for 07.07.2023 he has taken charge and the petitioner was relieved from his additional charge on the same day. In view of the same it is necessary for the petitioner to look into the affairs of the Shop. No.5315 alone.

4. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no communication has been made to the petitioner to that effect.

5. Hence, the first respondent is directed to communicate that the 2nd respondent is transferred as a Supervisor to the Shop. No.5315 and intimate him that he is relieved from an additional charge.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
