When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has paid the amount and the sale deed in Document No7687 of 2016, dated 22.12.2016 has been released to the petitioner and hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Thus, the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner has become infructuous.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
