ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. I had granted an interim order holding the rights of the selected person who will abide by the outcome of the writ petition. The authorities only appear to have called upon the petitioner to take back the security deposit. The petitioner can very well collect the security deposit. I make it clear that this will not in any way affect the rights of the petitioner from pursuing his remedy in the writ proceedings.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this contempt petition is closed.
