The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as against the final order passed in DVOP, only appeal will lie. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has wrongly filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he prays that the Registry may be directed to return the original papers.

2.In view of the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
