Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petition of the petitioners dated 30.07.2022.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioners dated 30.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brothers and they inherited the subject properties from their parents and since there is a life threat from the private respondents, the petitioners have sent a detailed complaint to the respondents 1 to 3 on 30.07.2022, however, no action was taken. Hence, this Writ Petition has 2/5

been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 30.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
