ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and to take necessary action against the 3rd and 4th respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2026 and 09.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on investigation, the situation had compelled the respondent police to register a First Information Report in Crime No.152 of 2026, dated 19.06.2026 as against the petitioner at the instance of the 3rd and 4th respondents. In fact, the 3rd and 4th respondents are the victims.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to challenge the F.I.R in Crime No.152 of 2026 in the manner known to law. 23.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No gbg 2/4
