ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner as well as the property situated in S.No.151/1.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the property, which is under dispute, was originally Inam land and for the purpose of getting patta, steps have been taken and now, it is pending. In the meantime, in respect of the dispute, a suit in O.S.No.147 of 2021 has been filed before the Sub Court, Ambasamudram. It appears that the complaint has been given stating that the private respondents 1/3

herein are making trouble and the original Inam holder appears to have executed 'tuNthiy' in respect of third parties, upon which, they are making trouble and disturbance.

3.The suit for injunction has been filed by arraying the counter respondents as parties. Without any proper order from the civil Court, grant of police protection to one of the parties is not proper and may not be appropriate also. Further, on the basis of the enquiry, the representation made by the petitioner was also closed on 19.10.2021 and the closure report has also been circulated to this Court.

4.Since the civil suit is pending between the parties, the petitioner has to workout his remedy in the aforesaid pending suit and depending upon the outcome of the civil proceedings, further steps can be taken by the petitioner, if so required. 5.With the aforesaid liberty and direction and taking on record the terms of the closure report, this petition stands disposed of.
