W.P.(MD)No.19464 of 2019 3.Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations dated 15.07.2019 and 14.08.2019, after issuing notice to all the rival parties and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties and pass order, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
