ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner herein had submitted a representation to the respondents on 15.07.2023, seeking to included his name and his family members name in the voter list. Since the said representation was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. However, the respondents on instructions submitted that the petitioner was directed to submit Aadhar Card and other ID cards, recognized by the Government of India.

4. This Court directs the petitioner to submit the same. After submission of such records, the respondents are directed to consider and pass orders in accordance to law with a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
