Seeking a mandamus to conduct public auction for the 20 shops situated in Municipal Bus Stand, Kulithalai, for the period commencing from 01.04.2018, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the auction was conducted and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
