This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action by conducting enquiry as against the third respondent herein, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.08.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has already sent a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 through post, but the letter sent to the first respondent was returned as "insufficient address". 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent has not received any such complaint.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to send fresh complaint to the respondents 1 and 2.

5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 and on such complaint, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
