Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent 2 and 3 to conduct and enquiry on the representation dated 01.08.2022 made by the petitioner and to pass an order in the said representation within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The case of the writ petitioner is that the fifth respondent was erroneously included as joint pattadar and thereafter he was issued with separate patta resulting in reduction of the petitioner's extent of land. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 01.08.2022 before the second respondent.
3.The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with 2/4
law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the fifth respondent and also the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
