DISTRICT JUDGE, MADURAI in D.NO.1096/2024 Dated 03.12.2024 seeking further time for Dispose of the suit in O.S.No.371 of 2022, persuant to the order of this Court dated 04.08.2023, this Court made the following order: "The learned VI Additional District Judge (FAC), Madurai, sent a letter, dated 03.12.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.371 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 04.08.2023.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 03.12.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose the said suit. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.371 of 2022."
