O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.08.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that after receiving the complaint, C.S.R. came to be registered in C.S.R.No.243 of 2022 on 13.05.2022 and the petitioner as well as the private respondents 4 to 6 were summoned and on enquiry, they came to know that that fourth respondent is running a finance institution and that they have received the complaints from some other persons and the respondents 4 to 6 and that they are taking steps to transfer all the complaints to Economic Offence Wing. 2/4

3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to take necessary steps for transferring the complaints to Economic Offence Wing as early as possible, preferably, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
